Digital Product Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products created by and sold by Sara Beth to any customer. These terms are binding when any digital product are purchased, either through formal agreement, email correspondence, or invoice acknowledgment. By purchasing and using any digital products from Sara Beth, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

License and Use: When you purchase a digital copy of any of Sara Beth’s products, you are granted a single-user license. This license allows you to use the workbook for personal and professional development purposes only.

Prohibited Actions: It is illegal to redistribute, share, or sell the digital workbook, or any part of it, to others without prior written consent from the author, Sara Beth.

Copying and Modification: You may not copy, reproduce, or modify the digital workbook in any form, including but not limited to digital and physical formats, without explicit permission.

Public Display: Displaying the content of the digital workbook in public forums, websites, or any other public space without authorization is prohibited.

Intellectual Property: All content within any and all digital products, including dialogues, monologues, and any additional material, is the intellectual property of Sara Beth. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Purchase and Delivery: Digital copies will be delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation via PayPal or Venmo, or any other payment method agreed upon between Sara Beth and you. Ensure that you provide the correct email address for delivery.

Refunds: Refunds for digital products are not available due to the nature of the product being delivered electronically. There will be no exceptions when it comes to refunds because of this matter.
